Ben Lee Long - Principal & Director, Property Manager

Ben is a fifth generation local. His family is an iconic Cairns family with a network that spans the globe. Acting on his passion for the property industry, Ben commenced his property career in 2003 with a local agency in the popular suburb of Edge Hill. Promotion and opportunity took him to Brisbane where he worked as a Property Manager and then as a Conciliator with the Residential Tenancies Authority (The Governing Body for Residential tenancies in QLD). The latter provided him with an insight into all facets of the Property Management industry and afforded him an insight and skills very unique to and within the industry.

To further advance on his property knowledge, he worked and studied to become a qualified Body Corporate Manager. Ben established Cairns Property Collective in 2023 and manages the property management and sales division of the group, ensuring the best return on investment for each of his clients. Property is multi layered and it is rare that one professional have such a diverse and complete knowledge of each. His approach is personalised rather than mass produced and it is for this reason that he boasts a 100% retention rate. 

Ben is a true professional and is results driven with a need for perfection. He has a sense of humour and personality that allows him to get the job done without conflict and this makes him the right man for the job!

Nathan Lee Long - Development & Project Management Consultant

Nathan Lee Long is a professional project manager and development consultant with over 19 years of experience in residential land, multi-unit, commercial and mixed-use development. Throughout his career he has gained experience in all aspect of development and can guide land holders on development options and feasibility assessments.

Nathan has extensive knowledge of the Cairns Region being a 5th generation Cairns-born resident, a true local. Throughout his career he has prided himself on his ability to collaboratively engage with project stakeholders and authorities to achieve positive outcomes for his clients and the Cairns community. Nathan is the current Branch President of the Cairns Branch of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland. This role provides Nathan will un-paralleled connections to government and industry.
