We constantly strive to approach real estate in an innovative way and are always adapting to the current market trends.
The Cairns Property Collective team manages a varied property investment portfolio in the Cairns region, from apartments to large luxury homes. Led by Ben Lee Long, a fifth generation Cairns local, who established Cairns Property Collective in 2023 after running a successful Property Management company for the past 10 years. Ben realized a need for good old fashioned service and communication – A proactive approach to property management.
